Volodymyr Temnyckyj ((ウクライナ語:Володимир Миколайович Темницький)) (July 24, 1879, Khopivka, Husiatyn Raion - January 26, 1938, Lviv) he was Ukrainian lawyer, doctor of law, social and political activist, journalist and diplomat.
